Pricing FAQs
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from Account Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be credited for unused days. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Yes β all prices shown on crushonai.com.au are in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST. Your bank statement will reflect the AUD charge. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and select digital wallets.
Message credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your typical monthly usage β or upgrading to the Chat Package for unlimited Pro model access without touching your credit balance.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your initial subscription and have not consumed significant credits, you may request a full refund by contacting support@crushonai.com.au. Australian users also retain rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable.
