• Payment details — processed securely by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to: provide and personalise our AI companion services; process payments and manage your subscription; send transactional notifications and important service updates; comply with our legal obligations under Australian law; detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or harmful activity.

3. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information with: trusted service providers who operate the platform under strict confidentiality agreements; payment processors for billing purposes; law enforcement agencies when required by law or to protect against serious harm; and analytics providers using only anonymised, aggregated data.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Platform is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover a minor has created an account, that account and all associated data will be deleted immediately.

8. Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Conversation data used for AI memory is retained per your plan's memory settings. On account deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
